Step 1 Sole Source bored of it, want fooooood !!!

I'm bored with the relentless blandness of the products, and I'm craving food like anything! Have been watching man vs food back to back and finding it very comforting-aaaaagggh! Help :(
 
How long have you been doing it I'm on day 6 and feel exactly the same it's a nightmare cooking everyone else's dinner! Hoping it will be worth it in the end!
 
I'm the same, been on plan 16 weeks and lost 4 stone but really want to just have a big meal out or something. I'm wondering 2 things...1 maybe I should just have one big meal out, get it out of my system and get back on plan but then 2 on the other hand what if I have the meal and find it too hard to get back on plan!!

Argh... Such a dilemma, I'm really struggling mentally at the minute. And really starting to miss food!! :(
 
Well done you for lasting 4 months and having a great loss hope I can do as well! Don't do it as much as we really miss food once we start it will be worse to start again just think of the long term goal hopefully it will be worth it in the end summers not far away!

Well done on lasting so long and losing 4 stone. I think I you feel in control then have a meal, but if your doubtful of falling of the wagon you should stick to the plan, have you got much more to lose? I think it's the ritual of eating I'm missing at the moment rather than the actual food x

I have another 2 stone to go. Think ill see how I get on at my next weigh in and speak with my CDC. I've been on night this week. First time I've had to do nights since starting the plan and I've found it hard to get the water in... Not feeling confident for weigh in but we'll see. Feel like my losses are really starting to slow down now.
