I'm the same, been on plan 16 weeks and lost 4 stone but really want to just have a big meal out or something. I'm wondering 2 things...1 maybe I should just have one big meal out, get it out of my system and get back on plan but then 2 on the other hand what if I have the meal and find it too hard to get back on plan!!
Argh... Such a dilemma, I'm really struggling mentally at the minute. And really starting to miss food!!
