TOTM

Hmmm am having an unexpected TOTM. Anyone else found this diet affects their cycle?

Yes, it's a well known side effect of VLCD's

This is the first time that my TOTM has being late whilst on the diet! Totally unaware that vlcds affect it :(

Thank you. Didn't know TOTM was affected by VLCDs. I would have thought thought that it might not have come but an extra one is strange. Oh well hopefully I won't get the bloated waiting for it to happen build up etc now it's happened.
