    Fridge raiders

    Do they knock you out of ketosis? I am on sole source and forgot to take a shake with me when i went out which meant I ended up starving hungry so I went to tescos and bought some fridge raiders and ate those. I am hoping I haven't done too much damage!

    No, they are meat and only have a few carbs. I have had them before and stayed in ketosis. You picked as good an option as any.

    That's great as my consultant said she didn't even know what they were and that they were definitely not on the plan. So glad to know I won't be knocked out of ketosis!
