Goal 1: Get down into the 12's
Goal 2: Get down to a comfortable size 14
Goal 3: Get down to a size 12 to renew our vows in July
Goal 4: Get to goal weight and then maintain for life
Goal 5; Find an fitness class/routine that I can enjoy and stick to

Lol I posted before I meant to then. Does anyone have any good meal ideas that dont include fish *yuk* I dont mind prawns though. I cant see myself doing the whole 12 weeks just eating chicken and mushrooms with salad lol. Thanks in advance![]()

I think ill take an omlette with salad to work tomorrow. Thats going to be my biggest challenge cos I work in a chippy and the temptation to pick will be hard to fight "/
