    I lost 7lbs in my first week, 4lbs in my second and then it should average out at about 3lbs a week. I've started exercising today to try and increase it a little but no idea if it'll work! xx
    Starting Weight - 17st 6lbs (Step 2 - 810)

    Week 2: - 4lbs
    Week 3: - 2lbs
    Week 4: - 3lbs
    Week 5: - 0lbs
    Week 6: - 4lbs (Start SS+)

    Week 9: No WI - CDC on hols
    Week 10: - 4lbs
    Week 11: - 4lbs
    Week 12: - 2lbs
    Week 13: - 2lbs
    Week 14: +2lbs (planned break for hen do)

    16.5" off in total
