Ok so my oldest and bestest friend gets married a week on Saturday. I have it in my head that I will most likely come off the plan on that day although I don't want to and really shouldn't. I can't stop thinking about it and I almost feel like 'I'm coming off then so may as well eat and re start after' but at the same time I don't want to do that. I'm so determined to stay on plan but my heads telling me I don't need to. Aaaargh this post probably sound all jumbled up and most probably because my heads jumbled. Why can't I do to it and get out of that frame of mind and just do 100% until then and realise I don't need to eat on the wedding. . Help.
