    Mcdonalds salad

    Hi everyone, taking my kids to McDonald's for tea, someone said to me I can have my ss+ meal as a salad from McDonald's take out tomatoes etc! Any feedback? I have brought a shake but just checking xxx

    Mcdonalds salad

    I went through the drive-thru the other day and asked for the grilled chicken salad. At first they said they had no salad so I asked for the grilled chicken on it's own! It look longer than a burger to get sorted out would you believe and when it eventually turned up it did come with the salad (I chucked the tomatoes) after all! Not very nice though!! I'm on 810 so guessing the list may be similar to SS+ but my meals are generally 230-280 cals depending on what I choose from the list xx
    Starting Weight - 17st 6lbs (Step 2 - 810)
    Week 1: - 7lbs
    Week 2: - 4lbs
    Week 3: - 2lbs
    Week 4: - 3lbs
    Week 5: - 0lbs
    Week 6: - 4lbs (Start SS+)
    Week 7: - 3lbs

    Week 9: No WI - CDC on hols
    Week 10: - 4lbs
    Week 11: - 4lbs
    Week 12: - 2lbs
    Week 13: - 2lbs
    Week 14: +2lbs (planned break for hen do)

    16.5" off in total
