What colour should the strip be when I'm fully in ketosis? My cdc only give me a strip no instructions ?

No such thing as fully in ketosis. You're either in it or you aren't.
Basically, you're looking for any shade of pink.
But word to the wise - Ketostix are notoriously unreliable. Some people never see a pink stick but are most definitely in ketosis.

Lost 5 and a half stones between October 2007 and April 2008 (doing Cambridge Diet). Unfortunately, many of the f*@!*#! found me again.
I agree with Lily anything with pink. If it is a fleshy colour you aren't in ketosis, but anything slightly darker from a light pink to a dark purple is ketosis. However, don't be fooled that the darker the better, if it is particularly dark you are not getting enough water.
