    hello im new. my name is louise im 29 years old from swindon. i have four children cameron 12, mya 10, demi, 9, kenzie 1, and a step daughter called chloe 7. i started sole source 29 days ago weighing 13st 8lbs. i am 5ft tall. i now weigh 12st 2lbs. iv so far lost 20lbs in 29 days so happy with that! i am getting married to my soul mate mark on 1st june exactly 13 weeks away. i want to loose as much as possible in the next 13 weeks. how much do you all think i can loose in the next 13 weeks? my wedding dress is a size 8/10/12 as has ribbon at the back so its flexible. nice to meet you all xx

    hello, thank you girls well i just cooked for the family i cooked home made potatoes, yokshire puds, with sausages veg, and to be honest i did not feel tempted at all. i admit the potatoes made my mouth water i love my home made roasties, but another meal over and day 29 for me and iv not cheated once xx
