    Thinking might have ...

    An omelette for my tea using my eggs from sllowance and add mushrooms sbd spring onions. Just wondered if we can use fry light, as I can't see how I'll manage to cook a omelette with no milk or oil! Help! X

    personally i whisk my eggs then put them in a jug and into microwave. i cook my mushrooms on a baking tray then chop them up and add them to my eggs half way threw cooking, so i use no oils, and tastes lovely

    Which step are you on? If you are on 810 Kcal you can have milk? Fry light is fine!
