Hi I'm after some advice, I've been on SS+ for 8 weeks, have so far lost 2st 2lb, been having 2 shakes a day and a small meal, weightloss started to slow down a bit so my cambridge consultant recommended to start having a small breakfast of maybe 1 egg and 1 turkey sausage? I would really appreciate anyone else's views on this as I'm in 2 minds?? Thanks
Firstly, well done on your losses over 8 weeks, that is brilliant.
Is she suggesting breakfast as well as the small meal later? It seems a bit odd for a CDC to do, are these options on one of the higher plans?
I also noticed you said 2 packs and a small meal, SS+ should be 3 packs and a small 200 cal meal. If you are only having 2 packs and still having a 200 cal meal you won't be getting the nutrients you need and this could possibly effect losses.
I agree with above 2 packs and a meal isn't a CWP plan. I would try 3 packs and the small meal first.
