I hope you are feeling better. If ever I get a bit wobbly I have a shake which usually does the trick. It is very easy to miss a meal, and it really makes a difference on this diet. I wouldn't have thought you would be feeling nauseous in week 4 generally, is it a continuous nausea or just something that you are feeling today?

hello, been feeling it on and off for 3 days now, I wondered if it was something to do with doing ss then randomly having a low calorie meal as I was out? I had a pure 3 shake yesterday nothing extra and still felt really sick and faint this morning. I wonder if it is just a bug? xx
