    Round 2!!!

    Well here I go again, did Cambridge 4 years ago and lost 7.5 stone in 6 months, but . I got lazy and comfy, and on it went, so am back with 4 stone to loose, day 1, I had forgotten how many times a day all that water makes you go, am exhausted up and down stairs all day

    Thanks ladies, I'd forgotten how hard it was, day 3 head is pounding and wow the toilet trips are keeping me fit up and down stairs, but I know this will ease off, I have 4 stone to get off this time, and determination is key, although am starving today
