Good luck, it is a great diet to do and the results can be phenomenal. There are many people on here who are in for the long haul too, myself for one. I shall be hovering round for at least 6 months. Luckily it is a really nice site, and I find when I am feeling a bit weak if I pop on here I usually distract myself for as long as it takes.
If you haven't done the diet before the first few days can be a bit of a trial but stick with it, drink loads of water and have some pain killers on hand (for headaches from carb withdrawal).

Thanks everyone. Haven't done it before so not quite sure what to expect. Have always done WW or calorie counting, but I find that I've got a by too much freedom and stop losing weight as I start estimating a bit too much!
