20th December 2012 to 7th January 2013 - Gained 4.25 lbs (not bad seeing as i spent two weeks on an all-inclusive holiday and ate loads!!!)
Phase 2 - Started 7th January 2013 - Weighing 12 stone 2.25lbs
Week 1: 5.5lbs!!
Week 2: 4 lbs!! Week 3: 2.25lbs
Week 4: No weigh in - birthday binge!
Week 5: 0.5lbs
Week 6: 5.5lbs!!
Week 7: 2.5lbs
Week 8: 1.5lbs
Week 9: 2lbs
Week 10: 2.5lbs
Week 11: 4lbs
