I too, loved the thread on mini goals we had the other week but haven't seen a new one so thought I would give it a go - apologies if I missed it. My weeks run Thursday to Thursday but anyone can apply the thread to their week whatever that may be. As before, these goals do not have to be all CD/Diet related.
So... my mini goals for this week are:-
Anyone care to join???
- To Sole Source 100% - 3 packs a day
- To drink at least 3 litres of water a day
- To go to the gym at least 2 times this week
- To NOT buy any clothes (wasting money unnecessarily at the moment)
- To find another way of rewarding myself for being good other than the above
- To be in bed by 10.30pm at the latest on work nights
- To take my son swimming at least once this week
