    Day 1

    So far so good. Have had 2 shakes today and trying a soup for tea. Evenings are the hardest part of the day for me so I'm trying to keep busy

    I'm 17st 13.5lbs, and that really depressed me when I saw the consultant, but I'm sure that's the last time I'm going to see those figures. Want to lose about 6 and a half stone in total x

    Hi northern I started weds day 2 almost done I weighed in at 17.2 did id last year and started at 19.5 mad got down to 14.7 but then completely fell off the wagon now back again and more determined than ever with a new CDC too good luck with your journey

    Restart date 6/3/13
    Re- Start Weight 17st2lb
    Week 1 12/3/13 = -11lbs :-) woohoooooo
    Wk2 19/3/13 = -7lbs =18lbs total
    my goals to be a comfy 12/14

    Thanks for that. Been tougher today. Can't wait to get the weekend over with ... I'm dreading the weekend!

    Me too dunno what it is with this diet always get a cold when starting out happened last time too :-) good luck for weekend just keep focussing on what u r doing this for :-)
