    Feeling Down and Out!!

    Hi everyone!!

I started SS on the 19th Feb, I've lost 14lbs so far and I was weighed last Sunday! However my scales haven't budged this week and I've been so good....what can it be??

I thought I was due my period by that hasn't arrived yet and I have been rather backed up, does everyone else struggle like this? Do you have 1 week where weight losses aren't as good? I suffered really badly with stomach cramps the last couple of days so something must be happening.

    Any advice???

It could be anything. You have to take the ups and downs with this diet, one week you won't do so well, the next you will lose loads and you won't have changed a thing. The trick with this diet is to keep your eye on the bigger picture, you will probably lose around a stone a month, but this will be made up of varying amounts.

Stick with it... you will probably find you have a big loss after your TOTM as the run up to it can cause bloating.
CD Restart - 22 April 2013 'yet again'

    Week 5 -

    Week 7

Week15 - Jamaica Holiday... Aim 13st (optimistic, but hey ho!)
    Week 27 - 40th Birthday.... aim 11.7st

Thanks so much! It's just sooooo hard when you haven't ate anything in such a long time and it can be disheartening when the scales don't reflect it :-( hopefully I will get a 4-5lbs weight loss the week later
