Hi all
I have had a very crap and emotionally draining couple of days at work. Long story short, I've eaten some carbs - a bagel in fact.
I wqs in mild ketosis - Does anyone know how long it will take me to get back. Very cross at myself and feel a bit stupid but already decided that I am not writing off the whole day and will not have my planned meal tonight.

Aww dont worry! I did the same last thurs nigh and was in keto by sat/sun but uno what i didn't feel any symptoms at all! I feel you as im an emotional eater too! But tomorrow is a new day and another chance to loose weight! X

Thanks for that; can't believe I fell off the wagon so soon. Only positive is that I have not binged on bread - as you say, tomorrow is another day......
