    Sugar free gum

I know chewing gum can make you feel hungry, but my breath is vile, when meeting up with friends and family I really hate making them gag, so just on occasion I am right in thinking it can't do any harm

As far as I know it causes no harm as I chew now and again, just be careful not to chew for too long as it will stimulate gastric juices which will make you feel hungry x

Why not try getting the breath strips? No chewing and minty fresh breath :-) Apparently, Mint tea helps also (Never tried mint tea, but I might. My mouth taste like a toxic plant most of the time, so god knows what it smells like..)

I chew on a piece of gum regularly as I'm a beauty therapist and don't want to frighten clients with my breath haha! Although I only chew for a few mins then get rid of it! I use mouthwash regularly throughout the day too!
