    anyone else doing this

    Hey is anyone else doing CD sole source?

    I am going on to day 17.

    Starting weight was 13st11.5lbs
    Height 5ft5.

    Could do with some support.

    Hi there Nicola. I am on day 14, not on sole source but 810, also 5'5 and my starting weight was 14 stone. How are you getting on? x
    Lost 27lbs in the last 8 weeks! 2 weeks until Cyprus, would love to see the 11's...

    Hi im on day 17 today off ss. My start weight was 15.9, I have lost 13lbs so far. How r u finding it?

    I am finding it ok but still feel really hungry. How are yous finding it?

    A got weight today at lunchtime and lost another 5 and half pounds.

    Current weight 12 st 10.5.

    Well done on both your weight loses

    I started off on step 3 and then dropped down to sole source after 1 week

    How are you finding step 2?

    step two is fine, I look forward to the small meal each day but if I'm honest I'm gettin bored of the shakes, so looking forward to trying the bars. well done on your weight loss x

    Thank you. The bars are good.

    The choc mint one n lemon yogurt 1s are the only ones I have tryed.

    Yeah a do miss not having theft small meal.

    I am going out for dinner tonight, so I hope I don't put a lot back on.

    Do you think I will? X

    I think you can go between step 1 and step 2.

    Have you tryed any soups yet? X

    I don't think you will if you get back onto plan straight away. I've tried the oriental chili soup that isn't bad but don't like the leek and potato. have a lovely meal tonight x

    Week 6: - 2.5lbs
    Week 7: - 3lbs

    Well done. Yeah am.finding it ok, am just into week 3.

    We went out for Chinese dinner last night, so not to sure how that will effect this weeks weigh in. A don't get weight till Sunday though.

    I am same as you, I would quite like to get down to 9st but would be happy at 10 x
