Hi everyone, I have tried the CWP twice before and had good weight loses ie 2 1/2st each time, both on sole source, this time I need to stick to it and lose all the weight almost 5st. I am doing the sole source plus this time. The only difference is a 200cal meal in the evening. This Meal is really keeping me on track.

I have done CD before and have always done SS+ my OH just doesn't understand it so having a (tiny) meal a day just keeps him onside and also I didn't really want my doctor informing!
mini goal 12st by 22 April - mini break
then as close to goal as possible by 31 May - holiday
