    weight loss

    Does weight loss slow down after u lose ur first stone? What have people lost in there 3rd week weigh in. Mine is on thursday, worried I wont lose much in my 3rd week.

    Hi there, on average I think you should lose approx 3.5lb per week but that can shift either way, I am just starting week 3 and have had 2 great losses already but I'm expecting anything between 2 and 4lb each week, hope this helps

    Just beware of the week 3 demons as i was 100% and had a stay the same in week 3. I had lost 8lb wk 1 and 5lb week 2 so i am hoping for a woosh this week when i get weighed.
    Not everyone has this but i have seen a lot of people stay the same or have a very small loss in week 3 so just be prepared and do not let it get u down. This diet can be very random with its losses and this is all normal.
    Water, water, water is all i can advise.

    hello, your weight loss shouldn't slow over time but the 3rd week does tend to have lower results for some reason, think its your body catching up with whats happening to it! when i did CD last year i lost 7lbs wk 1 then 5lbs wk 2 and only 1lb wk 3 but lost 3 wk 4. every 3 weeks i had a slower loss of either1 or 2lbs but most weeks i was losing either 3 or 4 lbs which equates to half a stone every fortnight, so 1 stone a month dont be disappointed if you do have a smaller loss on week 3, just keep going, it will get better! x
    Restart CD 19/03/13 - 12 week challenge to lose 30lbs

    Wk 2 - 3lbs
    Wk 3 - STS (after lots of work buffets!)
    Wk 4 - STS (need to get in the zone)
