So i'm starting CD next week and I'm looking at all these flavours and wondering....
Are there any that I should avoid or any especially good ones??

Any help would be gladly appreciated!!!

    Hi there,

Well done on starting CD! You will find everyone has their own ideas of what is nice / not so good. Personally, I live on choc mint, forest fruits, apple & cinnamon porridge & chicken/mushroom soup. Not that I don't like the other flavours, just those are my favorite, I sometimes get the lemon bars and also the chocolate orange bars.

My advice is try and bit of everything and see what suits you best.

Thanks a lot! I did Lipotrim and lost 2.5 stone, found it easy to be honest, just came off for other reasons.
Im looking forward to having bars, never had solid food on a TFR diet before!
I guess it really is trial and error for finding favourites

We can't recommend flavours to you the same way I can't tell you what films you should watch!

What I can say is that I was shocked how how tasty the shakes were! The last diet shake I tried was Slimfast about 20 years ago, and that was rank!

Your tastes change as well. I wouldn't recommend that you try the porridges in the first week - those who do don't tend to like them. But if you have them in the second week, they taste ok. Weird but true. I can't stand choc orange shakes but other people love them. Most people seem to like choc mint.

Try them all and see what you think. A good CWPC will let you have a selection - and will swap them if you find you can't stand a particular flavour.

Lost 5 and a half stones between October 2007 and April 2008 (doing Cambridge Diet). Unfortunately, many of the f*@!*#! found me again.

I was the totally opposite on the porridge, I loved it from day one, it feels like proper breakfast to me and I have one first thing every day now, it's nice to sit down and eat something! I find that people who don't normally like porridge don't like it but you have likes oatso simple then you may like it more. X

Your taste will change with time, and I find that im just a bit fussy with it sometimes as well. To start off with I LOVED oriental chilly soup but after 2 weeks the smell made me want to be sick!!

Then there was my 2 week obsession with toffee and choc chewy bars, which again I don't really want anymore.

Current obsession: choc and strawberry shakes! I literally can't get enough, I finish one and wish I could have another straight after, so nice! But having to ration myself since I don't have many left and my cwpc isn't bake until after Easter!

When I started I literally got one of everything apart from a few flavours I don't generally like anyway, that's the best way to do it!
