Just wanted to say a BIGGGGG thank you to you all. You have inspired me and encouraged me to stick to this diet ! Fell off the wagon a week ago, but since then, been at it 100% ! Have 5 stone to lose. Hoping I can do this by about mid August - is that possible? Really hope so! Wednesday is my first weigh in! Can't wait!!

To see the look on the faces of relatives
To go on holidays it hour hiding yourself
To feel sexy
To actually love what you see when you look in the mirror
When you remember this them you will decide whether to break down or not. Good luck
