Advise please BF 9 month old and CWP

Ok so I did successfully maintain for a year then fell pregnant I know have 3 stone to loose. My 8 month old is weaned onto 3 meals and also has formula feeds. However still has 2-3 breast feeds a day.

I really need to take control of my life and eating is a massive thing for me so I want to start CWP again.

Is there anything harmful if I do continue the 2 feeds??

You cannot do Cambridge whilst still breast feeding. Big no. You need more calories to produce breast milk than Cambridge can provide. Maybe just try and change your eating habits a bit for now, then start Cambridge once your baby is completely weaned, whenever that may be

I had to wait 'till my baby stopped bf, she finally stopped when she was 2yrs 6months!
