Step2 810kcal Starting to exercise

Hi all i am on step two , tonight is my wk 6 wi,so far i have 21 lbs, still got about 36lbs to go to target ,i really feel i need to do some exercise ! I was more active before i started this diet , but have become lazy in fear of it affecting my losses! I want to start running , well plodding!! And the 30 day shred to start toning up , has anyone stalled or noticed a dip in their weightloss after starting to exercise again??? Many thanks for any replys. Xx

I did the 30 day Shred (twice :D ) and yes it did slow down my losses a little bit (I'd say 1lb at WI here and there, so not all the time). HOWEVER, I am much slimmer than I was at the same weight in my early 20s. I know because my clothes from back then are too big.

If you're missing exercise and your body is used to it, I'd say go for it but listen to your body as well. If you're too tired, just decrease the intensity or stop. Good luck :)

I think i am definately ready to start wxercising again, alrhough baby steps to begin with although i am losing weight i do not feelfit , and i don't want this diet to become a life style!! So i need to put change into place now!

Baby steps are the best. You may also need more water. I know I used to go through 1.5 pints when doing the Shred, I was that thirsty LOL.

Good luck and keep us posted! And also take your measurements because if the weight loss slows down a little, you'll lose a lot of inches :)
