Guys, run a virus scan!!!
You have all invited me to "look at a picture" of myself about 6 times in the last half hour.
Please please please run a virus scan, AVG is a free one that spots this virus.

Georgie sent me the same thing it's a trojan just been mauling with the comp for the last 15mins to get rid of it lol
Lost 11lbs on WW then:
Started CD on plan 1200 4/8/07
1200 plan August to March -31lbs -8.5 inches from waist
Restart 26/03/2008
4/4/08 VERY ANGRY 1 measly pound GRRR
11/4/08 -3lbs -1 waist
100 day challenge.....day 13..and cheated
84 days to go....
Goal 2 Lose another 4 stone by 4th July 2008 44 to go
