    Maintainance anxiety!!

    Hello everyone,

I don't know if anyone is in the same boat as me.... I've lost 3 stone and very nearly at goal so will be starting to move up the steps in the next couple of weeks.
My problem is this.... I have had various planned nights off/ breaks etc since starting, and have obviously gained over these times (didn't knock me off track though, just got straight back on plan and continued losing!) However, this, coupled with the fact that it seems like every other thread I read on here has a story about some one doing amazingly well on cambridge and then putting all the weight back on when they finish!
I have to admit, I'm getting very anxious about my ability to maintain once I introduce food again. Now, I know how important it is to work up the steps properly, and I fully intend to do that, and then I plan to follow a calorie controlled diet with very regular weigh ins. Do you think this will work. Has anyone else successfully maintained in this way??

Hope to hear some positive success stories!
    Xxxxx

Hiya I too have lost 3.5 stone and am nearly at goal, I plan on eating healthy, I know it will be a struggle to keep it off, it's hard to change your way off thinking about food but it can be done, there are so many people who have managed to keep it off, determination and will power, try not to worry, enjoy how you feel now you have done brilliantly, I also think working up the plans slowly will help

Hi, I'm 13 pounds away from my target weight and part of me is thinking the same, I have nights out and holidays coming up and I don't want to put all weight on if I fall in to bad eating habits again., I am going to follow the steps and follow a healthy diet and Saturday is my treat night when I go for dinner with my partner. I'm determined to keep it off and follow a good life style. Well done to you both on your weight lost x
Only 9 pounds to go till i reach my target weight
my before and after pic so far.
