Thinking of Coming Back to CD

    Hi All
I have been on and off CD for a while, off since September. I've tried weight watchers and was thinking of Slimming World, but more than anything I want to lose the weight. I have been thinking about it for a few weeks and I'm 99% sure this is what I am going to do.
I'm back up to 22st 7lb and very unhappy.
    Mel

    Hi Mel,

If your head is in the right place you know this is the quickest route to lose your weight.

You know you can do this and I wish you good luck with your restart.

Thanks becky85, I'm going to do it, even if I have to stop going out socialising I'm going to do it, by July I should of lost about 6 stone, whch will be fantastic, just need to find a CDC, there is a few in my area and hopefully one of those will be ok.

I said last year I wouldn't be fat and 30, well I was 30 a couple of weeks ago and i'm still fat. I also didn't learn to rollerblade or iceskate, so once I hit a size 16 I'm buying my first pair of roller blades - do they make them with stabilisers??

I lost a total of 8 ston using Lighter Life and Cambridge Diet, but put 7 back on - went off the rails and didn't change what and why I eat so much.

Linda used to be my CDC as I wanted to become one myself, but it didn't work, she is too far away. I did go to a lovely lady nearby, but she was too lovely I need tough love to keep me on track, my LLC was like that we were too scared not to lose weight otherwise we'd have to explain why we hadn't.

I have contacted a lady in Felixstowe, but e-mailed her from work, hopefully I'll have an answer when I get in tomorrow.

I e-mailed a local CDC on Saturday and had no response, I was hoping for one this morning. Kinda put a downer on my mood.

Hi Mel, good luck with whatever you decide to do. I started 2 weeks ago after doing LL last year and falling off the wagon. I am loving CD.

Thanks SharonJayne1970, I ahve decided to start again, just looking for a CDC closer to me. Have just e-mailed another one, if all else fails I will go back to the lovely lady I used to see and driver the half hour.

Now getting frustrated that I can't get the ball rolling.

    Hi Mel,

Worst ways I can start you off again while you look for someone closer. Hopefully you will get a response from someone soon.
