That's what I'm trying to do I always seem to be having the same thing over and over again so wanted to mix and match, but for example the chicken amount is 170g then the cottage cheese 220g cottage cheese if you half both would I be having too much protein then or would it be the same as I don't want to go over

I do that as well otherwise I would run out of food to eat lol I'm thinking about a one egg omelet tomorrow with mushrooms and a wee but of chicken.
I'm not a fan of cottage cheese though. what sort of things can I do with it. Can it be cooked in things?
Random question, could we still have one full egg in an omelette bit then add eggs whites of two more? Calories would be a bit more but I like airy volume in my food lol!
I'm still new at all this I'm only on day 10, and more or less have had chicken and broccoli or tuna and green leaves for that amount of days!! Shocking i know!! But I really don't know what meals to make so just been sticking to the same thing.
Tomorrow will be my first weigh in so I'm going to see if I can get any meal ideas of my cc.
