How long have you been doing SS? Really once ketosis kicks in you shouldn't feel physical hunger - its it habit or emotional hunger?
Have you drunk enough - particularly in the hotter weather (and even if you have go and drink another pint - that should stop the hunger pangs) Failing that distract yourself with a bath or a walk or read some of the sucess stories on here or anything to take your mind of feeling hungry
I'm a 100% or nothing girl - I have to do SS or I go completely off the rails so having a nibble is not an option. If you really struggle with it consider SS+ or 810 - but in all of those avocado and nuts are a complete no no - but if you really have to as mamaye says a bit of chicken/tuna or some eggs would be your best bet as they are on the plan
