Step 1 Sole Source Periods

Hi I am doing Cambridge sole source for the second time and have also tried lipotrim everytime in the first few days I start a period which I don't usually have due to the implant I wondered if anyone else had experienced this please ?

Does the same to me and lasts about 2 weeks pain in the bum but just one of those things

I'm on the implant and had a small period that lasted for about 5 days after only one week, however I'm now on week 8 and haven't had another one. I suppose it just depends on how long it takes your body to get used to the diet

I stopped what felt like the worst period ever after a week and was fine until Monday I tried one of the bars on fri and one on sat then back to just shakes Sunday started bleeding again on Monday it's really weird don't know what's going on . Not sure if its to do with having bars then going back to shakes .

Hi all, I don't have any hormone intervention, as sterilised (4 kids with a set of twins... Noooo more)
I'm on day 12 on SS and I still have my period dragging on from the week before I started the diet?!
So my body too is reacting somehow,
It's a pain but this diet is so worth it!!
