Should i change plan ??
Its just I was doing fine on sole sourcing + but I do get the urge to eat more after so I'm thinking maybe I should avoid and just sole source completely, has anyone else found this ?? or would you miss getting to chew too much ?? also has anyone else got meal replacement bars that weren't Cambridge diet ones ??
I find that I guess on as+ and make too much then I want to eat it all.
I've only had cd products Hun, a few ppl on here before mixed as they had items left from other diets but I have only ever done cambridge x
SS can sometimes be better as you lose the urge to eat (well I do anyway, once in ketosis). It is all or nothing and there is no slippery slope to eating more. Do the version that is best for you, whatever helps you stick to it.
