Half way there
Had my week 10 weigh in last night. Totalling 61.5 pounds.
So I'm now half way through my journey.
Only another 61.5 pounds left.
Wonder how long the rest of it will take?
week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs
Week One - 17 1/2 lbs
Week Two - 4 1/2 lbs
Week Three - Consultant on holiday

First weigh in 16th July: lost 3llbs!
Second weigh in 26th July: lost 8lbs!!!
Third weigh in 2nd August: lost 2lbs
Fourth weigh in 9th August: lost 2lbs
Fifth weigh in 16th August: stayed the same
BUT that was on my own scales as my consultant was away.
She weighed me on hers today 19th Aug and I have lost 6lbs since 2nd August
And I am within 5lbs of my goal!
Seventh and last Wei in 26th August: 1lb off

There's no way to tell how long the rest is going to take and it's dependent on what happens to your metabolism. So long as you stick with it 100% you know that you are definitely on the right path!
