Ok i am only in my second week. But it appears so far to be a bit of a pattern.
Day 4 last week was Thursday and I began panicking and freaking out desperate for food. Needing food although I wasn't hungry. I Didn't give in and had a 100% week!
And again it's Thursday and I'm desperate for food again. It's the first time this week I've thought about food! And I've honestly considered eating - I don't think it was a serious consideration more of a oh I could eat that or that or that. But in reality I knew I wouldn't!
My only worry is I'm on a night shift tonight and I'm concerned if there's a food party going on in the staff room which quite often there is. I may give in!
Does anyone else experience this? X

Honestly I cannot believe your consultant hasn't let you have a bar!! Maybe you could make a muffin with one of your packs? It will certainly feel more like food!
I've struggled this week cooking for OH and have found myself tasting what I'm cooking ? its not been great tbh.... Keep on keeping on.... It will pass. Like my friend says:
