Hot Flushes

Anyone experience hot flushes while in Kitosis?

Last night and tonight my whole face feels like it's burning up and I was wondering whether this was a side-effect and something I just have to get used to

I had them....millions and millions.

There again, I had them before I was in ketosis.

Haven't had so many since coming off it though and I definitely find that they are diet related, though usually the other way.

If I eat a lot of fatty foods my hot flushes are worse. No idea why they were bad during Cambridge though
