Newbie just starting today
Hi all I am just starting out with CD today on SS+. My partner and friends have been through all the stages and lost their target weights so are now finished and after seeing their results I just had to try! I have been making all my partners meals for him so I know what to expect and what I can an cannot eat and luckily my partner was the test dummy lol.
So I weight in at 11st 1lb and ideally looking to get down to 8st 7lb so if I work that out correctly that's 36lb to lose and my goal is by Xmas! I have always been between 8-9st before having 2 kids in as many years so most of it I baby weight which I will work on at the gym too
Best of luck, lovely! If you stick to it, that goal is easily achievable.
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
