Starting the Cambridge diet tonight - SCARED!!!
Im meeting my consultant tonight at 7:15! - Feeling really nervous but really ready to do this!!!
Has anyone had any good results within the first few weeks with this diet?
Tried so many so really hoping this works!!!
Hi Amy, this diet works, and you get results fast, if you stick to it. It isn't easy, especially the first week, but after the first week it becomes more manageable. My weight losses are below, I'm just finishing my 9th week on it. My one most important piece of advice is that you stay on plan. The first time is the golden time, it's harder to get back on plan when you've come off it. Go for it, you'll be happy with the results xx
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!

Week 1 - 11.5lbs. Week 2 - 4lbs. Week 3 - 2.5lbs. Week 4 - 6lbs. Week 5 - 4lbs. Week 6 - 3lbs. Week 7 - 1.5lbs
. Week 8 - 4lbs. Week 9 - 4.5lbs. Week 10 - 3lbs.
Week 11 - 3.5lbs. Week 12 - 2lbs. Week 13 - 3lbs. Week 14 - 3lbs. Week 15 - STS (miracle!). Week 16 - 3.5lbs.

Hi Amy, I'm on day 1 and I'm feeling good. I reduced my carb intake at the weekend before starting and I felt dreadful. I'm hoping I'm through the other side because I really do feel good. I haven't yet had my final pack and I'm not hungry!! I do believe that if you stick to it, it will work!!
