Nightshifts on ss
I'm a newbie to minimins. :) Started on cwp almost 4 weeks ago and have lost a stone already.
I'm just wanting to know if nightshift workers found that your weekly loss was affected?
I'm currently on a run of 5 with a quick turn around on Sunday to day shift on Monday. Bleeeh.
I'm managing my shakes fine on them, but just wanted other peoples opinions on their loss and nightshift.
I work two nights a week and find my first night hard as I've usually been up since 6 am (I have 2 year old twins) and have to get through till 8.30 the next morning. I usually take some cottage cheese or prawns to snack on just encase!
I do find I tend to retain water as well so if I'm at work the night before weigh in it does effect my loses
