:) Hi All,

Day 1 for me on the Cambridge Weight Plan. I've never done anything like this before so i'm looking forward to seeing the results! I'm 22 years old, 5'5 and 15 st. Looking to lose around 4 stone initially to get me to a healthy bmi and see how I feel from there!
Any tips for a newby?

Day two for me! On SS and have 7 stone to lose! Have to say the reason I have 7 stone to lose is cause I love everything... But I cannot stomach this porridge!! Literally washing it down with water! Think I am going to have to see if my consultant will swap for shakes!! Soup I had yesterday was lovely! Headache today but unsure if any thing to do with diet as maybe too soon? Going to the loo frequently but all worth it if I lose the weight!!
 
I had the headache yesterday and during the night, but have worken up ready for day 2. I struggled with the porridge yesterday gonna try again today. Im on ss + so to help me last night i made a chocolate muffin with my 4th product :)

Day 2 has begun, feeling great! Have had no headaches or feelings of hunger yet. Been filling up on water & yummy herbal teas!
 
Day 2 feelin great had shake for breakfast shake for lunch and soup for tea yesterday wasnt too bad kept filling up on lots of water, then today i had a shake for breakfast, small chicken salad for lunch and going to have a soup for tea and another shake as supper, mixing ss with ss+ dependin on if im hungry or not, also going for a 30 min walk each day :) so far so good not too headachey and not too hungry, think for once my determination and will power is ova riding the" im hungry have some food" thoughts! :) eeek exciting stuff xx
 
I could murder a chicken salad... In fact i would be happy to just have a few lettuce leaves lol. Unsure about mixing days didnt know that was possible
 
Apperently my lady said it was ok if im hungry have a salad or some chicken or an egg of cors all plain with no dressings, she definantly said if im feeling hungry have a salad or something be it egg, tuna, chicken im opting to have mine for lunch today instead of tea time so i can burn whateva off when i go for my half hr walk shortley lol xx

im on day one of SS too, i had the maple porridge this morning and after 2 mouthfuls i couldnt stomach anymore so had a soup! im not having a soup for lunch and this isnt very nice!! i can cope with the hunger its the taste of the products :-/, any sugestions!? x
 
I've only tried the shakes so far as thats all my consultant had...tried banana, chocolate, mango, chocolate mint & vanilla and got to say they are all yummy! My lady is coming round tonight so im going to buy some soups, porridges and bars to try next! I know what you mean about determination over-riding the hunger Laura! Mandy- Speak to your consultant and see if she will let you try some other products...there is no point forcing yourself to eat stuff you dont like else you wont want to stick to it xx
 
Dont cave,have a dry salad with some chicken breast or a boiled egg to wash down with your soup, im sure thats allowed can you not msg your lady? Xx
 
No point caving in now- you've only just begun! As Lauralou Said have protein & Veg/Salad- That's allowed on SS+ x
 
im veggie so dont eat cheick or Eggs! i want to do ss, i ahve text her so ill see what she says! im not really hungry so i wont cave just yet, just long term i dont think i can do this if i dont like the products :-/ x
 
Looby i agreed with my consultant to do ss but she said some days if im feelin hungry have a salad for tea or lunch ie a tuna salad or chick salad, im only thinking of doing this on days i find really hard do u think it will be ok to do that? Its only salad on my hungry day? Surely thats ok?or is better to stick with one or the other? Xx
