Week 11 - 3.5lbs. Week 12 - 2lbs. Week 13 - 3lbs. Week 14 - 3lbs. Week 15 - STS (miracle!). Week 16 - 3.5lbs.

    Re-feed/pre holiday and holiday weight gain - 23lbs.
