    12 weeks down :)

    For everyone just starting the cambridge diet - hang in there it really is worth it - it is challenging at times don't get me wrong I have had a few temper tantrums haha but it has got easier - now on step 2 and 2.5 stones lighter - 2stone to go but looking forward to it 👍 xx

    Re-feed/pre holiday and holiday weight gain - 23lbs.
