So, it's the final month of the year. I'm only on plan for the first 2 1/2 weeks, will be eating (but trying to work up the plans) from the 14th as I go on holiday on the 20th. So my goal is quite small.
I'm in!! I've being maintaining to some kinda degree, but after months of faffing I've put on about 10lbs with the amount of crap I've out away its a wonder its not more!! The last challenge i did was way back in august!! I need a challenge to get me motivated!!!
Hi everyone - I need to loose as much as I can to fit into a bridesmaids dress in three weeks (am then taking a break over Xmas and restarting new year) another 7lbs will get me to a total of 50lb lost and half way through my weight loss journey but that doesn't seem enough to aim for. So I'm going to aim for 13lbs in three weeks?!! That will take me to 4stone loss overall.
