    Starting tomorrow!!

    Helllllooooo everyone, newbie here!!


    Im starting a vlcd tomorrow in a desperate attempt to lose 6 stone by July as Im getting married!!

    So, Im after some tips to get me through the hardest bits, advice etc. Im planning on doing SS til Xmas eve then have Xmas eve, Xmas day and boxing day off (sensible eating, no choccies or wine but xmas dinner both days and maybe a couple of champers)

    Can I really do this? Is so daunting!!!!

    I hope so!!


    Ive bought my dress (ebay, new, bargain!!) but have always wanted a fitted fishtail dress but I know they generally only look good on slimmer people so I have vowed that if I can get down to a size 12 (currently size 18-20) then I will buy a fishtail style dress!!
    Watching Enders tonight, how gorgeous did Roxy look in her dress??!! I want my hair like hers with the slide on one side of her hair......oooooo I love a good wedding!!

    So day 1 tomorrow, we CAN do this!!! X

    I'm starting today too now I got a different consultant who could come earlier

    The only thing I'm worried about which will sound ridiculous is my dress! I bought one last year as I was meant to get married when pregnant and then changed my mind because I felt rubbish and when I retried the dress on it looked stupid because my shape had changed so I sold it. . Then I found the dress of my dreams and bought it Sunday but it's an 18 and I'm so hoping it can be altered if I lose !

    I'm doing ok ... Well kind of lol
    I started last Wednesday , managed 2 full days then totally caved in and ate junk the other 5 days! Still lost 6lbs though unbelievably !
    Completely focused now!
    51lbs to shift by May

    Wow that's a fab loss for a few naughty days! Best thing to do is put that in the past where it belongs and look forward to a skinny future! 51lbs is totally do-able by May. Just think about how you would feel in May if you didn't lose the weight. You'd look back and regret not sticking to a very successful weight plan. May will come so fast and the weight will drop off even faster. I believe in you xxx

    Hi guys. Well my start didn't go to plan, I've had several binges and I can't seem to get focused at all!! I'm thinking that I'm going to wait until the new year to start, get Xmas and Xmas food out of the way then crack on when I'm head is in a more positive place. Hope you girls are doing ok, il check in with you January 1st x

    Good plan to start when your heads in the game. It's a diet you really need to be committed to isn't it. Hardest diet I've ever done but I've got to sacrifice eating if I want to be skinny within 6 months! See you in the New year and MERRY CHRISTMAS!! xx
