Step 1 Sole Source Not doing well

I started on Wednesday ss did it religiously Wednesday and Thursday , weighed myself Friday morning and had lost 7lbs then for some reason Friday afternoon I fell off the wagon right up until yesterday :( checked scales, gained back 2lbs. I really really need to do this but my willpower is clearly shocking

You can do it! Stick with you. You know you had results after two days.

I'd say try not to weigh yourself just have your weekly weigh in. As you will get a nice surprise when you do!

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs wk 11- 2 lbs wk12- 6.5 lbs wk 13- 2.5 lbs wk 14- 2.5 lbs wk 17- 3.5 lbs wk 18 - 5 lbs week 19 - 5.5 lbs week 21 - 1.5 + week 22 - 4 lbs week 25 - 2.5 lbs
 
Day three is the hardest day.. dig in deep and once ketosis fully kicks in you'll do better. Keep going though, don't give up!
if you have key times you eat (for me it's after dinner - pudding, sweets etc) then keep yourself busy and have PLANS for what you'll do if you start wanting food..

6lb considering if fantastic! Get back to it.. and draw that line under the bad days. You can do it!
