Hi I have struggled with my weight for so long and have tried so many different diets, programmes and products no of which have ended successfully. I know that this is probably my fault as willpower can sometimes be a rare commodity but I am desperate to shed the excess flab.

There are a few diets that I haven't yet attempted and wondered how you rate the Cambridge? Whilst info can be found on the web it's best to hear it from those who are actually going through it.

Many thanks

I think it's the best diet I've ever been on. I have lost 10stone over 7 years and Cambridge was the easiest and quickest.
I am an addict. I love food. I obsess about it, I binge stuff and fill my face with it.
Cambridge was recovery for me. I didn't have to think about what to eat or plan and the weight melted away.
I'm maintaining now which has it's challenges but if I ever get the feeling I am out of control I do a week of CWP and the few pounds I gained go away again and I feel in control again.
My best advice for long term weight loss is just to never regain any weight loss. I know that sounds easy but if someone's goal is 5 stone and the only lose 2 then try to maintain that weight until they get in the zone again. Then they aren't starting all over again.
I spent too many years failing to get to 10stone so binged it all back on again. In the end I just lost some and even when times were hard and I couldn't diet I kept at the same weight until I could diet again.

I too have yo-yo'd over the years mainly on WW. This is the first time I've ever done a Food substitution diet and I have to say it has forced me to realise and deal with the fact I am an emotional eater! I feel like I'm conquering it too. This is my 4th week, and I have to say, no regrets. It is hard, but so worth it. Give it a go! What can you lose? (Except weight of course!)
