    Back again after a break...

    Well I'm back!!!! I started cd back September last year and kept to it for months... I lost over 5 stone and was just under a stone from my goal and then I lost it! I've now regained 2.5 to 3 stone and feel dreadful!!!

    I've tried numerous times to get back on ss with no joy, but I'm trying again!

    So today is day 1, I've had one product and nearly finished my first pint of water.:.

    So here goes... Any help and support would be hugely appreciated!!!

    Need to lose this weight so I can fit into all my lovely new slim clothes!!!

    So day 1 done... So long as I stay strong between now and bedtime!!

    I've had 3 products and copious amounts if water, seems a daft time to re-start cd this close to Christmas as the house is full of goodies and I have numerous nights out arranged, however when is a good time? There are always occasions....

    Today I've had a choc mint shake, mushroom soup and a chewy choc bar.... Not feeling at all hungry and I know I won't, it's just the want factor I struggle with... Even harder with kiddies as I always want to munch on what they have...

    I've tried a couple of times to get back on cd and have managed no more than 1 week... Any ideas how to keep going hugely appreciated!!

    Ya have done good for the day atleast...started off with 1 cup low fat milk coffee with splenda and followed by 3L of chinese tea. Lunch had tomato soup followed by choco mint shake in the evening. And a little tea...going so far so good although veryyyyyy tempted to eat food...

    So day 2 is done...

    Really hard day today, had my 3 products and loads of water but as I don't drink tea or coffee, only hot chocolate, and that's not allowed, finding it a little hard!!!

    Especially with all the chocolate goodies around!!

    Oh well, day 2 done... Here's it a great day 3...

    Infact im a chocolate lover too thats y i only prefer havng choco milkshakes...

    Back again after a break...

    I messed up today and ate a lot of junk...my consultant had called me for a meet tomorow ...hopefully ill feel better after meeting her...will kick start again tomorrow
