IS IT WORTH STARTING NOW?

Trying to get back onto some kind of Diet but would prefer to get back onto Cambridge as its the only diet I have ever lost weight on (Lost 7 stone last year but have put 3 back on again:mad:). I went to my CD lady last week & got some packs but as it is so close to Xmas I wonder if its worth starting? I am going away on Saturday until Tuesday too and staying in a Travelodge and will be eating out in the evenings so that is putting me off too.

I am sooooo hungry at the moment and just eating cr*p all day so would love to get back into Ketosis so I am not hungry any more.

My head feels in such a muddle over it all and all I am doing is panic eating and gaining even more weight.

It's def worth starting if you can be good up until Xmas eve.if you're anything like me I put on weight v quickly (I binge).
So I would rather drop 5-10lbs in the 2 weeks before Xmas than stay the same and pile 10lbs on a heavier weight.
Make sensible choices when eating out protein and veg and use packs or bars for bfast or lunch.

yeah its worth starting. you could loose a good amount even if you stop on the 23rd. Thats two weeks. Say you lost 3lb a week thats 6lb. Thats nearly half a stone.
and like last-timer said, its a slightly better starting place for eating loads christmas, as we all will. Even if you put on 6lb at christmas, at least that would mean you were the same weight as now and not a further 6lb the wrong way you still had to loose.

Good luck :)

Yes! I am restarting today.
I have decided that my health is more important than stuffing more junk in my mouth because 'it's Christmas'. I want to be healthy and happy for my children, not bloated and tired. :)

Yes, yes, yes ! Started again today as well, any weight I can shed before Christmas will be a bonus : just want to feel that I am controlling my greedy impulses rather than them controlling me.
Good luck, ladies : WE CAN DO THIS !! :girlpower:
